GF Only is a directory of completely gluten-free restaurants, cafes, and shops in Japan. Every listing on this site is fully gluten-free — not just "gluten-free options available."
Why We Built This
The developer of this site has a wheat intolerance and struggled for years to find truly safe places to eat and shop. Searching for "gluten-free" online often returns results that are anything but — full of restaurants where gluten is still very much present. That frustration led to GF Only: a place where every single listing is genuinely gluten-free.
Our Listing Standard
We only list establishments that are completely gluten-free. Restaurants or shops that merely offer some gluten-free menu items are not included.
