A shop specializing in rice flour noodles using rice flour noodles from Saga Prefecture. In addition to rice flour udon, they also have yakisoba, champon, and mentei set meals. Completely gluten free. The rice flour croquettes do not contain wheat flour, eggs, or dairy products, so even those with allergies can use them with confidence.
